Quiet location in historic town, terrace with castle view, local food, individual experience, convenient amenities, restaurant with bar.

Couldn't eat in the restaurant due to a party. So inconvenient, especially with bad weather.

Car parking available, very central and very nice location. Beautiful hotel. Just near the castle. Clean. Also near a small river that you might hear from your room.

Was quite pissed off with the quality of the staff: 1) some not very kind 2) had to wait like for 10 min for someone to finally give me the key of my room 3) the same person also didn't know how to prepare a tea. 4) at breakfast there was no clean table ready and no personal available was there to prepare one. Also the breakfast was not very diversified for a 4 star hotel and the rooms (in the new part of the hotel) are quite basic.

Worth its 4 stars. There is restaurant Veranda at the premises. A mini-bar, TV with satellite channels and a couch bed inside the comfort double room were handy.

Though I requested a nonsmoking room, a smoking room was prepared. There was no space to exchange, even I strongly complained. It was likely that a nonsmoking room was prepared originally according to the reservation record, but the original reservation was deleted by strike-through and new "smoking room" was indicated instead of it. That was really unkind. Furthermore, the price is pretty expensive with considering its equipment and its room space.

Friendly,helpful and professional staff. A warm welcome on arrival booking in was made easy by the excellent receptionist who spoke first class english, gave good information about the hotel also a booklet about things to do in and around quedlingburg.continental breakfast excellent, fresh produce and plenty variety.evening meals were excellent too .would use again or recommend flair hotel schlossmuhle anytime. The cleaning was not stanfard. Breakfast: getting a clean table, you have to jave Luck. The staff likes to discuss. And at all next time i will go to Hotel am Brühl few meters further and with much better food. Die Reinigung ist ärmlich im bad ist schimmel und beim frühstück einen sauberen tisch zu finden ist schwierig.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was impressed with the conference rooms. They were bright, well-equipped with modern facilities, and provided ample space for up to 100 people. The hotel also had 9 additional meeting rooms available for events, making it a convenient choice for business functions.

The only service I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have access to a dedicated space for printing, copying, or using a computer.

Our stopover at this hotel was a delightful one. The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard and castle, adding to the charm of our stay. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. We were pleased to find that the evening menu had improved since our last visit. Convenient parking was available opposite the hotel, making our stay even more convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the castle and courtyard. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel was easily reachable, without having to stray in the small streets in the old town center, while still being within walking distance of all the historic attractions.

We stayed in a great hotel with an excellent location. It was very close to the old historic town centre and all the historic attractions were within walking distance. the hotel is in front of the historic castle which provided us with stunning views of the town. the room and bathroom were extremely comfortable and the service was outstanding. the breakfast buffet was amazing and it was served by friendly staff.

The parking space was a bit limited for our car.
